Intentional Adulteration Online Series
This curriculum was developed in partnership with the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), Intentional Adulteration Subcommittee (IA Subcommittee), & the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. I was responsible for leading large teams and stakeholders through the learning experience design and final development phase of the project, which includes: FSPCA Food Defense Awareness for the IA Rule, FSPCA Overview of the Intentional Adulteration Rule (IA Rule), FSPCA IA Conducting Vulnerability Assessments Using Key Activity Types, & FSPCA IA Identification and Explanation of Mitigation Strategies. I advised FDA on best practices for 508 compliant course development, created animated instructional videos, sourced and managed external voice over artists, and coded/produced the final 508 compliant courses using Lectora Inspire. Also led internal and external LMS teams through testing, debugging, and launch across various LMS platforms.

FDA Animal Food for Regulators and Inspectors Series
For this project working directly with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, I was responsible for leading large teams and stakeholders through the learning experience design and final development phase of the project, which included: Laws and Regulations for Animal Food, Animal Food Labeling, Animal Food Sampling, & Animal Food and Ingredients for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). I advised FDA on best practices for 508 compliant course development, created animated instructional videos, sourced and managed external voice over artists, and coded/produced the final 508 compliant courses using Lectora Inspire. Also led internal and external LMS teams through testing, debugging, and launch across various LMS platforms.

Sprout Safety Alliance Online Course (Blended)
The SSA Sprouter Training Blended Course was developed to provide an alternative way for individuals to complete the SSA Sprouter Training course. I designed and developed the online portion of this blended series which included 12 modules with voice over narration and interactive knowledge checks. I advised SSA on best practices for 508 compliant course development, created animated instructional videos, sourced and managed external voice over artists, and coded/produced the final 508 compliant courses using Lectora Inspire. Also led internal and external LMS teams through testing, debugging, and launch across various LMS platforms.

Good Documentation Practice (GDP) Compliance Course for Biotechnology Industry
Click Here to experience the Good Documentation Practice (GDP) course that I designed and developed for the Biotech/Pharmaceuticals industry. For this project, I led the end-to-end full cycle development from content to delivery. For the content development phase, I led SMEs through a Rapid Content Development workshop to create this competency-based training with objective-based assessment questions. I then took this developed content and created the end product (visit link above). This course includes full voice over (performed by myself), instructional video development, interactive learner activities, and objective-based assessment.

Equine Life Solutions COVID-19 Online Learning Response
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, I volunteered my time with a local Equine Health Care facility to help move their existing learning programs to an online format. I designed and developed an animated instructional video to educate patrons on new health and safety requirements, created live classroom/webinar with ELS instructors, directed and produced full lesson videos, and developed a game for students.
