Melissa has been designing, developing, and implementing successful compliance-based trainings for the Food and Drug industry since 2010, and her portfolio includes clients such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Food Safety Preventive Controls Association, Institute of Food Safety and Health, Sprout Safety Alliance, and more. Before that time, Melissa worked as a principle Project Manager on multi-million dollar projects for several Fortune 500 clients.
Melissa brings her knowledge and experience of industry-leading technologies and best practices to every new project she takes on. She employs the highest level of organization and communication throughout each project's life cycle to ensure successful outcomes for her clients.
In 2020, Melissa founded Acessible LXD, LLC., where she continues to lead and execute world-class, 508 compliant learning solutions which aims to remove barriers to online education.
